Eligibility

We accept eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were received.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is authorized, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Mon Luxe Vintage cannot be responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A Note About Vintage

Vintage pieces have lived a life before finding their way to you, and subtle signs of age are part of their history and character. We carefully inspect our collection and make every effort to photograph and disclose notable imperfections.

Minor signs of age or wear that have been disclosed in the listing are not considered defects. If, however, your purchase arrives with a significant issue that was not disclosed, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Final Sale

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
